This is a really great spot for Sushi! The minute I walked in I was amazed by the cozy interior that perfectly fits the Japanese aesthetic. I ordered the combination box (bento box) with Teriyaki Salmon and Beef Yakiniku as my choice of meets and shared a Rainbow Roll with my buddy which comes with a nice assortment of different types of sushi. Everything was delicious and hit the spot. We ordered a bottle of Kirin Beer to go with it which pairs nicely with the meal. The servers were really friendly and overall it's a nice restaurant. This place deserves your business :)

Food: Sushi was great and tasted fresh. I started off with the jalapeño bombs (4pc), then fresh water eel (sashimi 4pc) and the super salmon Philly roll combined with a bottle of large Sapporo to wash it all down. My favorite combo for the summer. Service: It was great as we got seated right away for a table booth for 2. Servers were very prompt and accommodated very well. They also have a tablet at the entrance connected to Yelp if you want to check in that way to be put down on the wait list if it's a busy day. Ambiance: iIts nice and simple in there, I liked the decor. They have outside seating on both sides of the building, inside seating with tables, booths and at the sushi bar. It does get a little warm IMO in there even though the fans were running but I always run hot. They have restrooms in there too. There's plenty of parking around the restaurant (between the Starbucks and Chase Bank). Overall, the sushi is good and so are the drinks and service. If you're looking for a simple sushi spot within Montebello, I would recommend it here.
